義美總經理高志明昨（29）日以「資訊人」身分在資訊服務產業發展座談會中提問，他先砲轟資策會壟斷政府軟體資訊政策規劃及優質專案，隨後呼籲民進黨總統候選人蔡英文執政後，執政團隊不要再找資策會的人規劃政策，否則民間軟體業者將生存無望。
現場多位提問人也批評資策會壟斷提案，與業者爭利。
資策會昨低調表示，其成立任務是致力策進台灣資訊科技創新應用，並配合政府政策，推動重點產業發展。感謝各界指教，未來也將持續為推動台灣資通訊產業發展而努力。
高志明昨天以網擎資訊董事長的身分現身座談會，對於高志明的呼籲，蔡英文答覆也很直接：「會不會再請資策會當我的幕僚呢？我會，但會請更多人一起來做幕僚」。
高志明說，他非常了解台灣硬軟體產業的酸甜苦辣。
他指出，各部會大部分的資訊顧問及專案管理辦公室幾乎都是委託資策會派員出任；資策會也都捷足先登掌握所有政府軟體專案的訊息，同時優先選擇優質專案去做；民間業者根本無從競爭。
